Please join us for this special 2 hour event at Dancing Dragons either in-person or online Friday September 25th from 6-8 pm Mountain Time.

We will dance the first hour focusing on the chakras of the body and how music, sound resonance simulates body awareness and the movement of energy in a Nia class format. The second hour will be a meditation to the sound of singing bowls and explanation of specific chakra colors. This guarnatees a calmer mind and relaxed body! The event will end with a brief discussion of ways to incorporate this lovely awareness of energy throughout our daily lives.
